we have supported their Splunk.
They are using Splunk for App.management of INTEROP Tokyo 2010 registration site for attendance of 131,771 people. They checked cloud service transactions from htttp / WAS / DB / network connection.
They can also check more than 100s domains (each customer use their seminar name / company name to domain name) after the Splunk installed.
The advantage of Splunk for them:
-All logs on the time line. – Learned about spike time, spike number for sizing the cloud system.
-security and reduce the time to work – Do not transfer large logs to engineer and do not log-in the live serever.
-Share the results, dashboard, form search. Tech team using Splunk for meeting weekly. before their technical review on monthly.
